Once you open you can’t exit. Not worth it.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your message. Closing apps on iPhone X is different than previous versions, and our apps display in landscape mode.  Here's how to do it:

1. While holding the phone in landscape mode, swipe up from the "bottom" of the screen.  Note that this is the long side of the display, not the short side due to the landscape mode orientation.

2. Use a quick swipe upwards to close the app.
