Dextus is a Learning platform that provides an easy and intuitive way for self-paced learning, test-taking, training management, and human resources development. It provides an efficient means of disseminating
knowledge and adapting to the changing needs of skill sets in a competitive environment and plays a major role in
the development of your human resources.


Design, Manage, Measure, and Evaluate

1. Design, Develop and Identify Training Needs
Managers can identify the training needs of their team, design, and develop the course methodology and upload the courses.

2. Collate requests for training
Keep track of the requests for a course made by an employee through the Dextus platform and organize the required training. Alerts are sent out automatically to ensure that the training is conducted on time.

3. Measure and Evaluate
Measure employee growth, assign and administer online tests. Evaluate employee progress. Keep track of trainees' progress through online scores.
    
4. Certify
Documented evidence of successful completion of the

 maintained. Award on-line certificate for successful
completion of the training.
