When talking on the phone or video listening the device is hampered by lower volume, it would be very helpful if the gain or max volume could be increased inside the app or in a firmware update. My old blue parrot had great volume levels. I do hope yall read these. I’ll get it all paired up and start driving and randomly a pop up appears that says smart notifications disconnected, after this happens I have to go through and re pair and forget everything. The QR code reader on the app is janky and doesn’t work half the time. I have re paired this thing like 15 times in 2 weeks. It’s awful. Garmin fix your app you’re a multi billion dollar company. Do better. ### 1/5 — iOS 26 *2025-12-14, version 2.09.37* Can’t share Apple Map pins to lgv 700 , the Dezl app doesn’t show up in the share menu, also looks like Garmin stopped supporting their own app last updated 6 months ago Was told by Garmin that they are working on IOS 26 when it came out that they are working on it. This it not acceptable from Garmin and Garmin don’t support iOS 26. Looks like I’ll be moving to TomTom this app hasn’t received an update from Garmin in 9 months ### 1/5 — Connectivity issues *2025-12-10, version 2.09.37* I’ve had connectivity issues with my OTR 800 from the beginning, but it only started as a minor inconvenience. Over the last few months it’s been getting progressively less reliable. Both in disconnecting randomly while driving, as well as being incredibly frustrating in not wanting to reconnect. Being that there has been major iOS software updates since the previous DEZL update, I’m guessing that is where the issue most likely lies.
