This bank is the absolute worst, it’s like all their apps were designed in the 90s. I’ve been trying to open the app and it’s been “establishing connection” for hours. How about you hire someone that isn’t an airhead and fix it? How hard is that?

On the app it says that it’s the same log in as card command username as password and when I try to log in, I get an error

I’m no longer getting notifications when I use my card, unlike with CardCTRL. This is the main feature I liked about this so I’m disappointed it’s not working anymore.

It says the DFCU mobile app is required. Links you to the App Store but I have the app on my phone and signed in. Still just links you to the App Store. This is so poorly done, what a joke.

This app was good at first I was getting all the notifications when I’ve made a transaction. But now I’m not getting any notifications when I buy something. Please fix this issue!!!

App recently launched not supported at this time on iOS, works on my Android device but is absolutely useless on iOS at this time.

I liked the old version bc it showed you what bank account was linked to your cards. This new app does not have that feature. Outside of that, the app works fine and makes it easy to connect to Apple Pay, verify payments etc. Also has additional security levels for accessing personal protective information (PPI).
