Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Functionality *2026-06-24* What is the purpose of this app? Compared to the other DFDS app, it doesn’t do much more. There is a button to allow mobile check in - great!! Except not on the route we are travelling on… Newcastle to IJmuiden. Waste of time ### 1/5 — No longer works! *2026-06-17* My booking has disappeared and when I try to add the booking it says, “Oops! Sadly for months now it’s been useless. When I try to login it just goes round and round and I can never actually access my account. The login details are correct, I use the same ones to access the account via safari on my iPad. I have tried a new password but still no success. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, all the usual suggestions. DFDS haven’t been able to help either. Our trip is next month and it would be so much more convenient if this app would just work !! **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear about your experience.
