I am driving for uber black . One day DFHV app was not working in that day a police pulled over me and asked me about manifest. The app was not working he gave me 2000 dollar ticket I told him that all manifest is in uber app why would I use another app and he was so rude that say donot talk I would impound your car   . I called uber they told me I donot need to use DFHV app because we have uber app. I hired lawyer he told me that uber black driver donot need to use that app. I called DFHV office they didnot give me a clear answer. I am waiting for hearing to court. DFHV should clear this do UBER Black need to use that app or not. I think it is just for limo company. I am going to sue some one soon.
