"DFW Airport Valet” app has been created by Automated Valet® for your convenience in using the DFW Airport Valet. “DFW Valet” app is a quick and easy way to make on-line valet parking reservations with DFW Airport Valet. With this app you are able to create a user profile by entering your personal and vehicle information into the app including any promotional code or coupons you may have. “DFW Valet” app will save your user profile information and keep up with special services you may need. Automated Valet® has adapted its award winning and innovative on-line reservation system into a mobile app that will serve as your digital valet; making your parking experience quicker and more enjoyable. Also, if I don’t have a return flight, I am asked every day when my return flight is. My flight was canceled. DFW knew of my cancellation. No one ever reached out to find out when my rebooked flight was so I just assumed they were able to follow me and my flight. I get here in my car is not here now. I have to wait another 25 minutes for my car to be moved because no one even called to question to find out. I will be Ubering from now on. oh, by the way, I asked for a car wash and didn’t get one. They said it was too cold. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2025-10-21* I never had issues with the app until now. Service was always excellent. But I like to make sure I have a reservation. Now, I get an error message that says cannot schedule a reservation that starts more than 1h00m from now. Updating or deleting credit cards do not work. Love being able to set up reservations and breeze through but anything further is not possible as the app does not follow development standards. ### 1/5 — Total Failure *2019-09-20* There is no month when this application doesn’t crash and impedes getting a reservation properly. Disappointing that the fundamental purpose of this app doesn’t work and that the developers would roll this out without even the basic functions working. With the terrible reviews, one would hope that a big fix would be released but... ### 1/5 — Password Not Stored *2019-04-23* Doesn’t matter if I reset password via the app, the web browser or by the customer service phone line having them reset it for me... no password is recognized when I try to login. Not even the one just successfully reset. I used to make reservations all the time now I can’t because I can’t login. Even the “get support” button on the App Store page ironically links to a broken page.
