After trying to log in using a browser and code sent to email it asked me to download authentication app….why? So I download the DGMe app to login and an unexpected error occurred….its ridiculous the time I just spent trying to access my own information with no success! 45 minutes!!! Time is money and this is unexceptable.

Trying to access for benefits enrollment. There are no available options. This shouldn’t be this hard. Apps should be able to work.

When attempting to login, the following error message populates my screen and will not let me proceed.

“Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.”
