Pre Booking is so easy and convenient through their app. Clear tracking and timely updates are available. Drivers are polite and friendly. They always arrive a few minutes early on my experience. Never beeping like so many others , giving a quick call to let me know they have arrived. Which is so much politer to my self and neighbours at early doors. Their cares are clean, smell fresh, they are professional and give great chat. I love the fact I can choose between paying in advance in cars or choose to pay cash . The prices are very fair. Half the price of what I was quoted for the same journey from another car taxi app for the last journey I had recently. There’s a choice of cars for the number of passenger and bags. So no worrying you have too much luggage before hand and a chance to send the driver a message to. In all making my aniexty curbed before the journey begins Dg give great value and great service. I said that is not correct, he just drove off. Can your drivers charge what they like ? Every Sunday we book a taxi to take my son to football in west bridgford- we always pay via link in advance. Today the driver decided to demand more money from my wife because the journey took longer - even though we already paid ! My poor wife ended up paying double what we normally pay. Does he think he’s a big man picking on a woman with 2 young kids . When getting in the taxi, the man said it was a fixed price of £18 which I hadn’t been made aware of during the phone call, as nobody actually spoke to me (it was an automated system) and my destination wasn’t asked. The man proceeded to tell me to ‘ring the office’, but all that I can get through to is an automated system. I then had to go to a cash point to get more money out for this ridiculous price. When asked why the taxi was £18 for a 6 minute journey, I was ignored by the taxi man.
