## What is DG COACHING?

Un' app dedicata a tutte le persone che seguono un piano di allenamento e di alimentazione controllato, che può essere consultare, valutato modificato direttamente dal cellulare. Questa app permette di tenere un vero e proprio log book con serie ripetizioni carichi e progressione in modo accurato. I pianti alimentari sono di facile consultazione, forniscono in modo dettagliata i micronutrienti dei singoli alimenti e della dieta in toto, le calorie, il pre l intra o il  peri Workout il post Workout ecc.. Inoltre i clienti avranno sotto controllo i parametri di stress di sonno  di affaticamento generale e saranno sempre in contatto attraverso una chat con il coach Davide Gariboldi. Potrà essere tracciata l integrazione , i vari cambi dei supplementi, il cardio, c’è un cronometro o timer per il riposo tra i set. Insomma l app settata da un professionista di lunga esperienza considerato uno dei personal coach più preparato del settore.
