I follow the step by step instructions in the app and as soon as I click play, the app quits. No support. I want my money back

Prior to yesterday’s update this app was glitchy but mostly worked. After the update it has more features, but doesn’t work at all.  Just crashes every time I try and play anything.  My unit is now a brick aside from the minimal analog settings.  Hope there will be a fix soon but as it is there is no way I could recommend.

Die App kann eine Menge, ist aber viel zu kompliziert zu bedienen. 
Außerdem ziemlich unstabil und wird offenbar nicht mehr weiterentwickelt. Schade, denn das zugehörige Gerät hat großes Potential das nicht wirklich ausgereizt werden kann, zumal man während der Anwendung keine Lust hat, sich mit komplizierten Einstellungen zu befassen.

Botones demasiado pequeños y es difícil controlar bien las intensidades. Ademas el modo auto pulse del canal B no se puede ajustar, siempre está al máximo y aunque se ajuste vuelve sistemáticamente al nivel 30. Espero que lo arreglen algún día… 

Por lo demás, perfecto.

This is an amazing unit for its size. She loves being able to see the waveforms. Unfortunately the AI feature doesn’t work properly for a more hands free approach as intended and there is no way to do a steady wave without constantly holding the touchpad. Hopefully the developers will fix this. A distance remote feature for long distance couples would also be cool.

Emailed the devs and finally know the app need to be reinstalled after the 1.2.3 update to function properly. They claimed it's written in the version history but there's none  at least in US store page, so minus 1 star as I have to email them for the easy fix.

I really love this unit. Packs more power than I can handle. 
App needs more refinement to earn 5 stars but doing pretty good for 10 months of development. 
It would be nice if you made the touch screen adjustment sticky so it will stay where you set it when you hit that sweet spot instead of defaulting back to what was running in the background. 
Also knowing the frequency will help when adjusting things. Need more information when designing your own pulse patterns and the ability to overwrite a previous save when making minor tweaks instead of being forced to name a new pattern.

I’ve forgotten the app since 2 years due the really disappointing crashes in the wrong moments. Than I realized the app received an update a few months ago and I decided to give a second try. Since the last update the app is working stable. Deep usage in sub menus and functions are not closing/destroying the app as in the past. Now the system is working fine.
