I’ve been using this subscription from almost last three months. The steps mentioned in the app has been followed by me.  In the app shows my ranking is Number three google business profile of my area. But  the reality is different. I have I have tried to find out the name of my unit in the Google page, which is not there in the list. I I have escalated the issue, but the team is clueless about the resolution.  Even from last week, I am trying to raise a complaint in the app, but the complaint is not getting registered.

I have seen there ad repeatedly and was struggling to manage my business so i took the most idiotic decision of my life. I purchased there subscription for Rs 999/- my hard earned money on 18th june 2026. Today is 14th july 2026 i am posting this review. I not only wasted money i wasted my time. I checked the app again and again, then checked my google account but there i didn’t saw even a single post  uploaded by this app. They says they send review request to the number saved in our device but not a single message wa delivered to any of the given numbers. After knowing all this i tried connecting with there customer support and yet again neither we can raise any ticket on there app, nor u will het any reply on there WhatsApp and no will will ever pic up your call. Total waste of money efforts and time. They don’t even offer trail directly u have to purchase there plan. I have seen negative reviews then thought may be peoples didn’t gave time to the app and i purchased this trash. Trust me dont waste your hard earn money.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite clearly telling the Dhandha AI sales team multiple times that I am not interested, they continue to call me more than 15 times a day. This level of persistent calling is nothing short of harassment.

A professional company should respect a customer’s decision and immediately stop contacting them when requested. Instead, they keep ignoring my repeated requests to stop calling.

This kind of aggressive sales practice creates a very negative impression of the company. I would not recommend Dhandha AI unless they improve their customer communication and respect people’s privacy and consent.

I downloaded the Dhanda app after watching their advertisement and paid ₹999 for the 30-day trial plan. Before purchasing, I even contacted their service center and provided all company details required for onboarding. Most of the onboarding process was completed from my side only.

However, after using the app, I found that it has multiple glitches, especially on iOS devices. I informed their support team several times that the app was not working properly, but instead of providing a proper solution, they kept repeating the same instructions again and again without resolving the issue.

I clearly told them that I am using an iPhone and the features are not functioning correctly, but no proper support or technical resolution was provided. Despite paying for the service, I received 0% marketing support, no proper posting, and no useful results from the app.

I requested a refund because the app was not working as promised, but they refused and said there is no refund policy for the 30-day plan. I paid ₹999 for a service that delivered nothing.

Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, this app is misleading customers with advertisements and promises that are not fulfilled. I would not recommend downloading this app.

"I am sharing this as a warning to other business owners. I subscribed to Dhanda AI Marketing expecting growth and improvement, but the results have been the exact opposite.
Instead of my marketing scores and online presence improving, they have actually gone down since I started using their service. Despite paying for a subscription, there has been no real action or support to fix these issues. It feels like they are doing nothing while charging a premium fee.
Please be aware and think 1,000 times before purchasing their subscription. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a service that doesn't deliver on its promises. I deeply regret my decision to trust them with my business marketing
