Google was not verifying my old account, and I was very worried because I had been working under the same name for the last 8 years. My hard work and reputation of 8 years could have been affected. Now, I have started my new business with the name Black Rock Salon, and Dhanda AI supported me at the right time. HITESH HE provided excellent help and made my Google account On Boarding and verification successful. Dhanda AI is one of the best! Before making the payment, they will call you repeatedly, follow up endlessly, and make all kinds of promises to get you onboard. But once the payment is made, the attitude changes completely. After receiving the payment, getting a response becomes a struggle. Calls and messages are ignored, commitments are not honoured, and the level of customer support drops dramatically. It feels like they are only interested in collecting the payment, not in actually supporting the customer afterwards. The entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. Think twice before paying them and make sure you understand exactly what support and services you will receive after payment. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing professionalism. I checked the app again and again, then checked my google account but there i didn’t saw even a single post uploaded by this app. They says they send review request to the number saved in our device but not a single message wa delivered to any of the given numbers. After knowing all this i tried connecting with there customer support and yet again neither we can raise any ticket on there app, nor u will het any reply on there WhatsApp and no will will ever pic up your call. Total waste of money efforts and time. They don’t even offer trail directly u have to purchase there plan. I have seen negative reviews then thought may be peoples didn’t gave time to the app and i purchased this trash. Despite clearly telling the Dhandha AI sales team multiple times that I am not interested, they continue to call me more than 15 times a day. This level of persistent calling is nothing short of harassment. A professional company should respect a customer’s decision and immediately stop contacting them when requested. Instead, they keep ignoring my repeated requests to stop calling. This kind of aggressive sales practice creates a very negative impression of the company. Before purchasing, I even contacted their service center and provided all company details required for onboarding. Most of the onboarding process was completed from my side only. However, after using the app, I found that it has multiple glitches, especially on iOS devices. I informed their support team several times that the app was not working properly, but instead of providing a proper solution, they kept repeating the same instructions again and again without resolving the issue. I clearly told them that I am using an iPhone and the features are not functioning correctly, but no proper support or technical resolution was provided. Despite paying for the service, I received 0% marketing support, no proper posting, and no useful results from the app. I requested a refund because the app was not working as promised, but they refused and said there is no refund policy for the 30-day plan. I paid ₹999 for a service that delivered nothing. Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, this app is misleading customers with advertisements and promises that are not fulfilled.
