We lost our money due to the inefficiency of this app. Anytime you add a new beneficiary and try to transfer money to that same beneficiary immediately, the app will choose someone else from the beneficiary list randomly and make transfer to their account. This issue is still there in this app despite of several complaints. My internet activities are held up. As a justification I want to say, there is no support at all. I called customer care thrice to confirm whether the bank is operating or not I was informed that the banks in Karnataka were being operated, but after reaching the bank was closed. I deleted it after 10 minutes of trying to set up things that should not need setting up in the first place. Have gone way overboard with security features. They will just freeze your account. Inorder to reactivate it, you need to go to the branch in India, irrespective you are traveling or abroad! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever used *2024-09-22, version DhanSmart 3.4* I have been experiencing significant issues with your bank portal since the beginning. As a current account holder, I find it frustrating that I am unable to transfer money. While the app works, sometimes the websites doesn’t respond to my requests. I understand the need for security questions, but I have been unable to submit my answers. Since yesterday, I’ve attempted to complete a transaction 8 times without success. It’s not having a good UI makes your app wonderful fulfilling the request should be the may agenda. You digital platforms doesn’t do the D of digital. Your bank is the worst I have dealt wit. Evolution of features has been embedded and updated gradually. It is integrated with nexus smart id authentication app for transfer of funds or any service as an alternative to SMS OTP. Now you can do more with this app including nominee updating, 15G/H submission. And can set debit /credit limits.
