This app has immensely improved my mental heath as a business owner with a busy work life. It can be difficult to find time for self care, however, with Dharma Academy I have learned to adapt my lifestyle in order to find time for myself, and improve as an individual in today’s society. I will forever be grateful for Dharma Academy, and their brilliant, comprehensive courses. The app runs so smoothly, it was truly a pleasure. Thank you!
