我正在打妄想，打開這個 App 的時候看到上人的法語：“ If we want to make daily progress, we must become more strict with ourselves each day. We must become more collected and focused by not indulging in discursive thoughts.
要一天比一天有進步，就必須要自己一天比一天管自己，自己要收攝身心。收攝身心，就是不打妄想。Master Hua 宣公上人”.  How amazing!  阿彌陀佛！感恩上人！🙏
