Only option is to sign up with email and mobile number and password. Why would this be? Has DHBVN authorised them for this app? I don’t find any mention on the official website. They could simply be providing front end for the site while illegally siphoning customer info for selling elsewhere. Kindly fix it at the earliest as I am facing this problem from last 3 months. ### 1/5 — No proper system of billing *2020-08-26, version 1.8* One month they give bill online and another month at home and after that they forget to give bill for 2 3 months and then you have to work yourself to get bill #Atamnirbhar 😂😂 This is DHBVN facility. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — DHBVN *2025-08-10, version 2.3* App works really fast everything like bill view, payments and payment history etc ### 5/5 — Regarding Electricity Bills *2022-01-08, version 2.1* Generally जब कभी भी किसी ग़लत बिल की Complaint की जाती हैं की Bill ठीक तरीक़े से generate नहि किया गया हैं तो एक महीने की चुप्पी के बाद एक msg. आता हैं की आपकी समस्या का निवारण कर दिया गया हैं इसमें कही कोई ज़िक्र नहि होता की क्या analysis किया गया हैं समस्या क्या थी वो कुछ भी समझने की कोशिश नहि की जाती सिर्फ़ Computerised feed reply आ जाता हैं .. आप regularly बिल pay क़र रहे हो फिर भी आपको अचानक से एक बिल पकड़ा दिया जाता हैं वो पुरे One Year का होता है जो आपका पूरा बजट ही बिगाड़ देता हैं .. बिल हर महीने (जैसा दिल्ली में दिया जाता हैं) generate किया जाना चाहिए और अगर हर महीने possible ना हो अगर Man Power की कमी की वजह से तो हर दो महीने में दिया जाए और उसको regularly update किया जाए records में , फिर उसके बाद ही fresh बिल generate किया जाए .. और सबसे ज़्यादा problem तो हम जैसे उन customers को हो रही हैं जो दिल्ली से यहाँ shift हुए हैं .. कहा दिल्ली में अपने आप ही बिल हर महीने nominal charges के साथ आ जाता हैं और यहाँ हर बिल के लिए स्टाफ़ से settlement करनी पड़ती हैं जो बहुत दुःखद और wastage of time होता हैं .. अगर दिल्ली से compete करना हैं तो पुरे system को सुधारना होगा । उम्मीद हैं sympathetically इन समस्याओं पर गौर किया जाएगा । Regards & Best Wishes, HEM Raj Verma Section Officer Indira Gandhi National Open University New Delhi ### 5/5 — Life made easy *2021-02-27* DHBVN app has made life very easy .
