The meter reading shows nothing as does last 12 months consumption. Daily consumption sometimes works. Not reliable. All the functions worked when first launched BUT over the period it’s become pathetic!Is there anyone who tracks these issues? These need to be fixed for this critical App. If not, it’s completely useless!!

First it say register your self when i tried to register it say already account exist. Then i tried to forget password it says account not exist. What the hell cant you make a simple app. Is this too hard you guys. Even a kid these days make bette app. And this app is representing smart project is this a joke

Can you check and get the smart meter real time check reading functionality solved. It doesn’t connect with smart meter and daily consumption and other details are missing. I see a person has already written on this topic as a review an year ago but it turned deaf ears. Pls solve.

Earlier we used to get past few interruption statistics. But now we don’t get any under the Alert Tab. Ideally we should be able to download interruption statistics month-wise. This should be easily doable.
