## What is dHealthIQ?

When it comes to your health, one size does not fit all. It is no shock to hear that we all have a different metabolic system. But then why do we turn to standard treatments for every chronic patient in our care system today?

The dHealthIQ app is based on the assumption that all people are best served with a personalized treatment plan. Our mobile application is part of a digital disease management system provided through the primary care system. The application makes use of the unique health metrics and data of each participant, applying artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse health data.

The dHealthIQ app provides you with
- Real-time alerts based on changes in your health data;
- Insights in your health data;
- Communication tools between you and your primary caretaker or doctor;
- Tasks and reminders within a prescribed treatment plan
- Receive targeted educational materials to effectively manage your illness
- Convenient (smart) device connectivity and manual data input options

We update the dHealthIQ app regularly so its serves your needs in the best way possible. In the near future we will extent the application with digital therapeutics. These therapeutics are software enabled and clinically validated treatments programs personalized for each our participants.
