## What is DHMAD?

DHMAD helps clients and sellers secure their transactions through an escrow payment process.

The client deposits the funds, the seller provides the agreed product or service, and the funds are released when the transaction conditions are completed.

With DHMAD, you can:

• Create and accept secure transactions
• Review transaction amounts, terms, and participants
• Follow every step from funding to final approval
• Upload payment, delivery, or completion evidence
• Approve a delivery or report a problem
• Open a dispute and provide supporting evidence
• Receive updates about your transactions
• Protect access to your account using the security features available on your device

Identity verification may be required to use escrow services. Verification is completed through a secure web process managed by a specialized third-party provider.

DHMAD acts as a trusted intermediary between the parties. Any applicable fees are displayed before the transaction is confirmed.

Payments processed through DHMAD relate to goods or services supplied outside the application. They do not purchase digital content or unlock functionality inside the app.
