But unfortunately lot’s of pitches are out of tune on apple version (5-15 cents sometimes) (c, c# and d male tanpuras) when android version of the same app is much more in tune. As a student of the sitar it helps to have a drone tanpura going to keep melody going. I was able to have this play while I practiced. Electronic tanpuras cost over $200 but this app was free! All the features and usability well though through. Including support for the important madhyama tuning. I have been using this for more than a year and it has become my mainstay for playing songs, singing and all my creations. I had tried to write a review several months and for some wring key press the long review got lost. I am hoping this one makes it today. It plays nicely in the background and that is so wonderful. My request to the developer is run that last stretch and add the inter app audio and auv3 support to simplify adding dhwani tracks to compositions in DAWS like garageband and Cubasis.
