DIET & NUTRITION – MEAL PLANNER Provides an exceptional, medically developed meal plan to help you manage your weight AND customized to your own taste. On the registration process, you be asked about your preferences: • Caloric value of the daily menu: Number of calories of the daily menu between 1400 and 3000 Kcal. • Preferred food type: Choose between recipes, prepared food or both • Foods / Ingredients to exclude: To exclude all recipes and prepared food that contains in the title or in the ingredients list the words indicated. • Exclude prepared foods that declare to contain certain allergens: Meal Planner considers a list of seventeen allergens. • Include only prepared foods that explicitly indicate “Gluten free”, “Lactose free” or “Eggs free” on their labels. And automatically generates the menus for the first 7 days giving you the choice to substitute plates for others with similar nutritional values. Won't give option on "Goal" to count carbs and won't let to select and save loose weight. Ridiculous!!!
