I have been testing this app pretty much since inception and have seen it come a long way from where it was and where it’s come. I am so happy that it’s finally on the AppStore for everyone to download and enjoy! I’m not someone that is constantly on it daily (mostly because diabetes exhausts me 😩 so I need breaks from it), but I check it a few times a week when I need a bit more insights about what exactly is happening! I love the comparisons so you can see changes in patterns, the recognition of exercise, how many carbs you ate, the standard variation graphics and so much more. The new AI integration is also very cool! Look all that I’m saying is .. you have nothing to loose. Download it and see for yourself. Another thing that imo is very important is that Lukas is a great developer and is a T1 and looper himself, so developed an app that he found useful for himself and decided to give it to others too. Our email is hello@cockpit-app.com ### 2/5 — Cannot Sync Correctly with Apple Health *2025-11-09* I emailed and never got a reply a couple of months ago. I redownloaded yesterday and am having the same problem. The data in the “today” view never matches what is showing in my Trio app or my Apple Health app for my TIR. For instance, today it shows 83% in range, when Trio says 93.4% and Clarity shows 93%. I check the 3 day metrics and they are for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday when today is Saturday. This would be an amazing app if I could get it to sync correctly. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. The date/time on my phone is current. This happened on my old iphone 12pro and is still happening on my iphone 16 pro. Sadly, nothing I have tried can get it to show the current days data. When I disconnect Apple Health and connect to Nightscout, the TIR is correct, but I miss out on all of the other information (basal, etc). Such a bummer! ### 2/5 — Can’t connect to Nightscout *2025-04-06* I was excited to try this app as my Specialist recommended it. I have been using Nightscout for many years and know how it’s used but this app will not accept my URL or token. There is no support or anywhere to ask questions. I just get stopped out of the app at the Nightscout page and can’t go any further. I enter my details (which works on any other app that asks for Nightscout url) and I just get the shaking Nightscout box. Please fix this or provide some support to work around this. ### 2/5 — Hardly updating properly *2023-08-18* I like the features of this app, but the app still has a lot of problems, most of the time it doesn’t update and for days the app says ‘fetching’ but not doing anything, if you are very lucky you sometimes get actual data and that is not enough to manage diabetes properly… **Developer response:** Sorry about that, we now made a lot of improvements - would love to know if it helped you! :) ### 3/5 — Upgrade is expensive *2024-07-19* Like the app just downloaded it upgrade but a little high you should try offering a yearly subscription or lower the price still learning it **Developer response:** Hey thanks for leaving a review! But this app has been wonderful guide for my A/1c readings with fairly close readings but past couple weeks it has gone up the creek. I tried deleting & re-installing but no better it reads my A/1c at -23 what? Im isually around 47-49. Today i changed cgm to Aidex & that app reads accurate but come on guys fix cockpit cause i love it.
