I downloaded this for my diabetic father. The spinning wheel of technological death never went away. Two days later and we still can’t access the upgraded app. It causes confusion and a total waste of time.

very few recipes not useful at all for a person trying to cook healthy and deal with pre-diabetes    Save your money

If you like sugar eggs dairy this is for you. If you really want to get healthy, stay away from this app. Extremely poor advice and i paid for it. Don't you do the same.

Sorry, did not find this app very helpful.  I need something more than recipes.  I need a guide , something  to track my intake and diary my blood glucose.

This app has plenty of recipes but none of them have the information that us diabetics need most.  There is NO nutritional information, Glycemic Index, food exchanges or even a simle listing of how many calories, carbs, sugar, and fat are in each recipe.  I deleted this off my phone within 2 days of downloading it.
