### 2/5 — Not bud but not good

*2025-10-24, version 1.9.1*

It only lets you log 1 time a day

### 2/5 — Logs Won’t Show Up

*2024-10-13, version 1.9.1*

I really like this app but I logged in some numbers from yesterday and this morning and they didn’t show up on the log screen.

### 3/5 — Good App, Needs some obvious changes

*2024-05-17, version 1.9.1*

It’s easy to love the simple, straightforward design and the data display. It’s the best of any diabetes app I’ve seen.

Two NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS:

1. Your pre-filled drop down medication list should include the most used, modern, insulin replacements like Ozempic, Trulicity, etc. Better yet, let users fill in other medicines manually.

2. The app should communicate automatically with Apple Health. Now one must make every entry twice.

### 3/5 — Needs some Customization

*2024-03-28, version 1.9.1*

Hi developers! This is by far visually the best laid out Blood Sugar Log and easiest to read. I like how all information, notes, dose and insulin are displayed under one Blood Sugar instead of being broken into multiple logs which is the trend with other developers and quite cluttered.

What’s lacking is being able to customize what I the user considers high and low blood sugar target range. I have tight control between 60-120 to be normal for example with an A1C of 5.2 and want to represent that in my logs.

Also I use Regular insulin that matches the slow curve of higher fats and lower carbs in my diet to achieve such great A1C. The easiest would be to allow the user to input custom medication names then this log would cover anything from any insulin to antibiotics etc… I more than anything want to use this and scrap using Apple Numbers Spreadsheet, I keep checking back, but can’t until I have more customization. Please consider?

### 3/5 — Medicat

*2023-10-08, version 1.9.1*

My medication for my type 2 diabetes isn’t listed and I don’t know how to add it. Now all of a sudden acc.It nhave to log into the app I never did before outoday. ?me create a Plus it won’t let What’s with that?

### 4/5 — Update

*2023-08-21*

I’m really enjoying the app it’s easy to keep track of what when and how and I really appreciate having the graph option but if you could update the medication options, that would be great. I am on Ozempic and neither it or the drug name semaglutide are on the list, so I’m assuming there are others missing as well that I don’t know about just a thought.

### 2/5 — Easy to use but glitches

*2023-06-13, version 1.9.1*

Very easy and simple which is what i wanted, but I can only see my two last logs. If i add another, the log before that disappears. Everything else prior to that has a space held for it on the log, but is blank and I can’t click on it either.

### 4/5 — Super App but….

*2023-05-22*

This would have been a. hands down 5. There have a good number of new drugs many of which are not on the list. The APP drug list needs updating. An updated drug list would make this a perfect 5

### 2/5 — Not simple enough

*2023-02-01, version 1.9*

I’m too impatient to set this up right. I also use Victoza and it’s not available anywhere

### 3/5 — Just installed

*2022-10-27, version 1.8.1*

I like it, don’t show entries of same day. It’s a simple app. Nice

### 2/5 — Log

*2022-09-29, version 1.8.1*

Love how simple it is to use, but only shows one log entry on the log page but shows all of them on the graph page. I’d like to be able to go back and log in any foods or drink I’ve ate that may have been different.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — LOGS

*2024-10-03, version 1.9.1*

Unable to set up new account. I down loaded this new app I was looking forward to try this app.. but, I was not able to create an account I’m dissatisfied with this application. Deleted app

### 1/5 — Not saving reading

*2024-10-03, version 1.9.1*

Just getting started but it only saves 2 readings a day and I’m doing 6. Where can I find the missing readings?

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing when I try to share data.

*2024-05-26, version 1.9.1*

I haven’t had this long but it Keeps crashing when I try to share data.

### 1/5 — Cannot export data

*2023-10-23, version 1.9.1*

The only way to retrieve the data by computer from this app is to export as a csv file, which not only fails to include comments but also gives outright inaccurate date and time data. This means that you cannot email anyone accurate data about your general glucose trends over time.

### 1/5 — Why do I need an account to use app?

*2023-09-15, version 1.9.1*

I don’t want third party tracking of my health information. App seems to be nice but doesn’t respect my privacy.

### 1/5 — Only shows the last log entry.

*2023-08-18, version 1.9.1*

Should be able to view ALL the data points I have entered.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2023-03-30, version 1.9.1*

Printing a report needs to be simpler

### 1/5 — Mrs

*2023-03-27, version 1.9.1*

Not working after phone update
Please help

### 1/5 — Not good

*2023-01-24, version 1.8.1*

It was a great app at the beginning. Now it’s not working properly. Each time you add a new log, it replaces what you had before. It used to keep a log one after another after another in a list. Now it’s just replaces what you had before. Not good for keeping track of your glucose numbers.
Disappointed

### 1/5 — Love the concept, needs work

*2022-08-27, version 1.8.1*

I loved that it was simple, that it showed whether it was good/bad based on color surrounding numbers. But once I tried to add more entries for one day, others would disappear! Bummed! Wish it would work!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Logs is great

*2026-07-30, version 1.9.3*

Easy to do and understand

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-10-09*

I have been a Type II diabetic for 15+ years.
I have tried several methods of recording my blood sugar levels, paper and computer, and this app is the best combination of simplicity, usefulness, and cost. Once you open the app, all it takes is 4 taps, plus typing in your blood sugar, and you are done.

It provides a graph of your blood sugars, and an estimate of your A1c.

Before you visit your doctor, just 3 taps allows you to send your readings to your doctor.

Add in the cost, and you have a true winner!

### 5/5 — Easy

*2025-10-03, version 1.9.1*

So far so good. Straight forward without bells and whistles.

### 5/5 — Daily use

*2025-07-19, version 1.9.1*

Easy to test and launch medicine

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2025-03-18*

This app is very easy to use and it fits my needs. All I needed was a way to log my levels. I could never remember to write it down. This is so much easier! Love the graph! It’s easy to show the doctor also. I always have my cellphone with me. Didn’t always remember to take the paper log book.

### 5/5 — Don

*2023-12-27, version 1.9.1*

Does what it says really easy to use would recommend to anyone

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2023-11-18*

This is great! Simple and easy to use for what I need. My only request is to see the whole of the notes. I can’t easily the whole note I have I have written.

### 5/5 — Review of Logs App

*2023-04-15, version 1.9.1*

I like that it graphs your blood glucose entries for a quick visual of what your glucose readings are doing. Also like that it uses your data to give an estimate of your A1C.

### 5/5 — It’s BACK!

*2023-03-30*

Was so happy I was able to get back this app! I upgraded to iPhone 14 Max Pro and said app wasn’t available!! Using other apps that were no comparison to “Logs”!! Thank you!!!

### 5/5 — Great help

*2022-12-11, version 1.8.1*
