### 5/5 — Best App

*2023-02-10, version 1.5.0*

This has been the best app I have ever used for diabetes. The tracking really helps me visually see why my numbers are what they are!

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2022-10-10, version 1.5.0*

Excellent App, simple to use and great tool to track your medication usage/stocks also recording your blood sugar levels.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2022-06-29, version 1.5.0*

Easy to use, really like the way it track my readings and my supplies.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-04-01, version 1.5.0*

I enjoy the simplicity of this app… perhaps in the future add ability to chart date range versus only charting a single day. Perhaps add weight entry.

Still a great app!

### 5/5 — Great

*2022-02-02*

This is a great app for t2 diabetes but lacking for T1. As a Cgm user I use it for the graph

### 5/5 — Great app

*2021-11-04, version 1.5.0*

It’s a great app. My only recommendation is that you add a feature where you can log in track on your body where you took your last insulin shot.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!!!

*2021-03-16, version 1.5.0*

Very easy to use and keeps all of my information!!!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2020-09-20, version 1.4.1*

I absolutely love this app, it has helped me keep up with my numbers, insulin, and medications. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a quick, easy, and accurate digital log! It would be nice to be able to track more medications, but it’s one of the absolute best free apps I’ve ever used!

### 4/5 — Great Basic Tracker

*2020-08-06, version 1.4.1*

I really like this log, however, it needs an Apple Watch add-on. Please add the Watch portion.

### 4/5 — I like it but...

*2020-05-07, version 1.4.1*

I like this app but it doesn’t allow you to backdate your monitor readings easily more than 6 months prior. Or, at least I can’t figure out the method. I’d like for it to give you an idea of what your A1C reading could be with the values given for your daily monitoring. I love that it’s free since I have an older monitor that does not interface with Bluetooth. I’m still learning the tricks to it, but happy for the most part, so far.

### 5/5 — Loving it!

*2020-01-14, version 1.4.1*

This app is a true all in one solution. It’s ability to integrate with the Apple Health app and provide inventory tracking is fantastic. As a new type 1 diabetic, this has made the transition very smooth and allowed me to focus on my life. No need to build spreadsheets or anything crazy to track. On top of it all, I am able to bring up the data on my other connected Apple devices.

### 5/5 — Still Great!

*2019-10-10, version 1.4.1*

I’m loving! I hope this will still be working as well overseas!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not input from apple health

*2022-02-24, version 1.5.0*

It says it will get your numbers from apple health but it does Not do this. Since I can’t get my data in I can not tell you if the app is good or not

### 2/5 — Interface w Apple problems

*2026-04-29, version 1.5.0*

This application is simple, functional, and importantly readable for diabetics. However there is a major problem with the interface to Apple health, each BSL entry is duplicated incorrectly within Apple health… And then echoed back to the application. For instance a 10.2 mmol bsl correctly creates an Apple health entry under blood glucose and then creates a second entry with the exact same time stamp of 0.26 mmol bsl. This 0.26 is then shared with the application which records it as coming from Apple health. This completely invalidates any BSL tracking. So this application has good possibilities but is currently not functional with Apple health.

### 2/5 — improve tracking of sampling and add tracking for injection/infusion/sensor sites

*2021-03-04, version 1.5.0*

UPDATE 2021-03-02: Edit entries only allows deleting but should allow changes (such as BGL)

UPDATE 2021-03-02: Cannot record finger pricks without BGL, but should be able to for ongoing sample site rotation even when a test fails (e.g., not enough blood for sample).

Reducing rating from 3 to 2 stars for the reasons above.

There are at least three things I would change, as a user with type 1.

First, I would have the finger tracker show which hand was last used, how many total sticks on each hand (perhaps within the last x days or weeks), and how many areas that have not been used for samples in the last x hours/days.

Second, I would add similar trackers with regions for insulin injections, infusion cannulas (including when they were placed and removed), and CGM sensors.

Third, there is a lot of room for improvement on the graph view. You could make it possible to view the exact time of blouses (not just blood glucose measurements). You could allow the user to select the increments on the axes at different zoom levels. You could add functionality that makes projections from the data points, allowing users to use the available information to predict the time they likely need to eat (or can, if recovering from hyperglycemia), and so on.

The first suggest is mostly a matter of greater convenience in selecting the next place to do a finger stick. (Note also that this feature would be improved by customizing sampling sites, since there are lancing devices that allow sampling from other parts of the body.) The second and third suggestions would make the app much more useful to insulin pump users like myself.

These are my observations so far. I would be much more inclined to give 4 or 5 stars with the functionality described. But I am giving 3 stars because it’s the best finger stick tracker I’ve come across so far, even though the app could be greatly improved. Also, since I only had the app for a few hours and used it a few time, I may have overlooked the degree to which it actually can do some of the things I mentioned, so I don’t want to give a punishing 1 or 2 stars because of my possible ignorance).

UPDATE 1: The graph would further benefit from the ability to continuously scroll across. Currently it is cut into day-long chunks, making visual comparison across days more difficult

### 2/5 — Debbie M

*2021-01-30, version 1.5.0*

Love app Nevertheless, I would love if I were able to make adjustments because sometimes I put in the wrong reading and i can erase but can’t go back and adjust time, day, date , medicine or accu reading😞☹️😩

### 2/5 — Averages are whack

*2019-02-04, version 1.2*

7 day average shows a low of 114 when I have a test after that that was 96. Makes the statistics aspect useless

### 3/5 — revie

*2020-10-31, version 1.4.1*

Submit button could be brighter .

### 3/5 — Please Fix

*2019-09-20, version 1.3.5*

Since the update ISO 13 it will not load.

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2023-01-03, version 1.5.0*

I started to use this app to replace one that was no longer supported. It’s pretty easy to set up and use. The only negative would be that you can’t simply edit. You have to delete the mistake and re-enter the correct info

### 4/5 — Problem with data from Diabetes Pro

*2021-12-23*

The data from the app appears wrong when linked to Apple Health App. The values are reduced by a factor of 10 (using mmol/l). This needs fixing. Otherwise app is good and easy to use. Thanks.

### 4/5 — Awesome app

*2020-10-17, version 1.4.1*

I really like this app. Only suggestion is, for insulin users, they should have a pen needle/needle inventory option.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This App is a Game Changer!!

*2024-07-29, version 1.5.0*

I track everything from exercise to what I eat, weight loss and my blood sugar. Easy to use and well made. I tried a few before this one and they were terrible. And this one is FREE. Bless you for this App, keep up the great work.

### 5/5 — Totally helped me

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2024-05-25, version 1.5.0*

I love it. Just if you add Critical Notifications will be a very helpfull. Thanks

### 5/5 — Versatile

*2023-12-01, version 1.5.0*

I like that I can add the other information like blood pressure, personal notes, etc.

### 5/5 — A simple app

*2023-11-02, version 1.5.0*

It's exactly what i was looking for. Just somewhere to track glucose. The feature that allows you to track which finger you've poked last is very helpful.

### 5/5 — Diabetic app

*2023-10-31, version 1.5.0*

This is such an easy app to use and it also lets you see where your number are.

### 5/5 — Diabetes app on apple

*2023-09-27, version 1.5.0*

This is by far the best diabetes app that works with your Apple phone and Apple Watch

### 5/5 — Diabetes pro

*2023-09-16, version 1.5.0*

This app is so amazing, helps me look back day to day on what my sugar was and how much insulin I took! It helps me time when the next time I can eat is and when I last pricked my finger.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2023-06-25*

It’s great for tracking everything finger stick, Apple Health syncing, Dr sharing, everything. They still need to work on syncing with my Libre 3. They have walls up on that. But they’re using a work around that works. I’d like to maybe see ai prompting stick tests? Like testing at my highest highs & lowest lows. That way I’m sure I’m “there”? Too syncing with my OneTouch Reflect might be nice? But is that going backwards? Integration with activity in health might be nice? But this is totally the best app I’ve seen for diabetics so far. I recommend it to everyone.

### 5/5 — Helpful…

*2023-04-14, version 1.5.0*

Extremely helpful in managing my diabetes, knowing what I readings are helps me control my diet. Keep in mind for what I’m eating.
