Messaged support who advised me was a fault and thanked me for highlighting it. Advised fix would be released in the next 24 hours which it was and works perfectly again. Fabulous customer service. This app has all the information I currently need and the messages/ info I also get educate me in a way I understand. This is MASSIVE, given I can’t see the diabetes nurse for a month & the 15mins with the GP was no where near enough time to learn about T2. This app ticks every box. It’s brilliant, the layout and format is brilliantly designed so that everything is easy to navigate, it even has all areas colour coded so that users can clearly see what areas need work, i.e cholesterol etc it is packed full of information on all aspects of diabetes. After a few weeks this one was the only one left on my phone. I had deleted the rest as it seemed more complicated and consistent with wanting a monthly fee. This app is the only one I've been able to use with ease and i ended up paying the $5 fee to remove the ads and now it’s perfect. I love it. My doctor loves it as I can also directly email her a copy of all the data collected at each check up.
