Settings can now export everything you have entered: your entries, your custom foods with their nutritional data, and your saved meals with their ingredients, as CSV files. Until now only glucose entries could leave the app. Timing recommendations are now based only on foods with a known glycemic index. Previously the app would suggest when to inject even when the glycemic index of a meal was an estimate. When that information is missing, no timing advice is shown, and the glycemic index and load are hidden rather than displayed as if they were measured. Your carbohydrate calculations and insulin dose suggestions are unaffected. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-22 • Premium is now a simple one-time purchase — pay once, keep every feature forever.
