• Log blood glucose, meals (with carb counting), insulin (bolus and basal), ketones and medications
• Database with hundreds of foods and favorite meals
• Trends: average, time in range, variability, estimated HbA1c, physical activity, sleep, glucose vs. workout and glucose vs. sleep
• Reminders for readings, medications, basal and hydration
• PDF report to share with your care team
• Apple Health integration
• Your data stays on your device

Diablesse is an informational app and does not replace guidance from healthcare professionals, nor is it a medical device.

Terms of Use: https://diablesse.app/termos

Regulatory notice: Diablesse is a personal diabetes diary; it does not take measurements or provide diagnosis or treatment. The optional Bluetooth import only receives readings taken by your own Accu-Chek Guide Me meter (manufactured by Roche Diabetes Care), a regulated medical device. The Accu-Chek Guide Me has regulatory clearance in multiple markets, including Brazil (ANVISA registration No. 81414021704, Risk Class III, valid), the European Union (CE mark), and the United States (FDA). Availability and clearance of the meter vary by country; the Bluetooth import is intended for users in markets where the meter is authorized.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.9 — 2026-10-03

Updated App Store name and description to make Diablesse easier to find. No changes to how the app works.

### 1.1.8 — 2026-09-30

What's new in 1.1.8

For Pro subscribers:
• Read label: take a photo of the nutrition facts table, or pick one from your library, and Diablesse fills in serving, carbs and calories. The photo is not stored.
• Create food: in Favorites › Foods, add your own foods, by hand or from the label, up to 20 at once. A photo of the package front suggests the name.
• Loose carbs: read the label and enter how much you ate.
• "New food" shortcut: touch and hold the app icon, or tell Siri "Add a food in Diablesse".

For everyone:
• Permission requests now appear in your language.

### 1.1.7 — 2026-09-25

What's new in 1.1.7

• Look up foods with Siri: say "Look up a food in Diablesse" and hear the carbs and calories for the serving in the database, without opening the app.

Write to us asking for foods: that's how the database grows.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-09-17

New: Siri voice commands
Log without opening the app:
• "Siri, log glucose in Diablesse"
• "Siri, log bolus in Diablesse"
• "Siri, I took Metformin in Diablesse", for medications saved in your Profile
• "Siri, create reminder in Diablesse", to be reminded to check your glucose

Entries appear in your Diary, widget and Apple Watch, and glucose is also saved to Apple Health when the integration is on. The first time, Siri asks for permission to use Diablesse shortcuts. The commands are also available in the Shortcuts app and Spotlight.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-09-14

iOS 27 compatibility.

• New layered app icon, with light and dark variants.
• On iOS 26 and later, the tab bar now follows the system design and shrinks as
you scroll, leaving more room for content.
• Food database updated.
• Fixed: the Apple Watch complication could be unavailable on some versions of
  watchOS 26.
