The quirks; entry can be done two ways. The easiest is to use the plus button and go from there. A secondary window menu also lets you enter things but it presents things on a different timeline which can be confusing. I’m not sure why this is. Blood pressure is hard to enter. The biggest issue I see is that while the app integrates with Apple Health it only does so with exercise and heart rate. Why not blood glucose??? Everything should cross to Apple Health.
