At first i thought it was lame but after a few weeks i actually think it’s a great resource. Yes, you should know a good differential for common stuff cold. Yes, you can find more info elsewhere for workup and broader differentials and diagnostic algorithms. But nothing i’ve found is quite as good for 3 am when your brain is foggy and you have to staff a new patient in 10 minutes and you want to make sure you’ve covered your bases. Even when i have more time i’ll first use my own knowledge and then check this to see if there is anything else that i think is plausible. If you have good clinical background you can go through the differentials quick and rule out etiologies in your head or make a mental asterisk next to ones that may deserve more workup/research.
