Después de intentar varias veces pude ingresar a la aplicación pero no figuran mis estudios . Nadie me da respuesta y todo es vía internet

En la aplicación no se puede ver al grupo familiar y tampoco por la web tenía médico mi hijo hoy y el médico no pudo ver las imágenes de suerte que pude retirar el informe pero no es lo mismo con las imágenes

Intento visualizar mis estudios y no me deja, me comunico espero en línea como 30min y me dicen que la página está caída desde ayer. Imponen tecnología para los resultados de los estudios y luego cuando uno necesita verlos no funciona. Deberían trabajar más en el sistema para que no esté cayéndose cada 2 por 3 y sino volver a entregarlos como se hizo desde siempre.
