I ordered a luxury car. They sent a six year old Ford Taurus that was not a black car. It was gray and it had dents all over it and was dirty inside and out. I’ve had good experiences with them but this was terrible and I’ll never use the service again. ### 4/5 — Great Car Service, Terrible App Service *2019-08-01, version 5.01* The app does not recognize many addresses, including such major hotels such as the New York Hilton JFK. Even if you put the map pointer directly on top of a particular busking, it will often give you a nearby address, but not the one you are at. This is a pretty important part of a car service app and should be fast-tracked for fixing. ### 3/5 — Won’t save a credit card *2017-12-15, version 4.06* Wish the app would save a credit card. I have filled it out sever times. It send me the code then I get an error. No response from server. Very annoying. Fix the App. Also the app couldn’t find my united flight so it wouldn’t allow me to book. Initial driver who accepted the reservation was too far away. Had to cancel and make a new reservation. Which makes me question the purpose of a reservation if it's functioning like the Uber model. I signed up and it said it would email me to confirm my email address and I never received an email. I thought maybe I typed my email address wrong. I carefully put in my work email address and it still didn't work. ### 2/5 — Pretty basic & buggy *2016-07-11, version 2.65* This is a decent app for getting a price estimate, but it's not up to the UX of apps like Uber. Every time I enter my address, it changes after I save. If I change one aspect of my trip, I have to re-enter all of my details. Its Web site, though, is bad, and the app is unusable. One or the other are both habitually tell me my phone number is not recognized, my email doesn’t exist, and my home address doesn’t exist - all data that’s been part of my account for years. ### 1/5 — Good service, bad app *2024-05-18, version 6.5* I’ve used Dial 7 before and always enjoyed their professional service. Downloaded the app for the time today and can’t believe how bad it is. Cannot sign in. Support links do not work. Did no one test this app?
