I couldn’t ever log in. I tried myself and called several times. Each email link either never made it to me or locked me out. I called to cancel my subscription which was easier than to schedule an appointment. I couldn’t even get my money back when I couldn’t use the service from the start. Will not suggest to anyone. Zero stars. ### 1/5 — This is a review of the App - not dial care *2022-05-23* Dial care is great! This app is terrible. When I load the app it immediately tells me I’m not using a supported browser. I click on “login” and it takes me to the log out page. (Which is also an issue with the website) my assumption is that this “app” is just a fancy web browser that doesn’t work well and is replicating the same issues the website has. ### 1/5 — Many glitches *2022-05-11* This app has a serious problem with facial recognition. But it also has some sort of issue with Safari. Many times I try to login and it says I can’t because I’m using Safari and then I need to use Google Chrome or Firefox. This is idiotic as it is an iPhone app. I’m not even using Safari. When I download the app I am only able to login one time. After that it does not allow me to login and so I have to delete the app and download it again. Every time I wanna use the app I have to delete it and then download it again so that I can login. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Very hard to use *2022-03-10* The first couple of times I used the app to set an appointment. Everything worked just fine. Now the is telling me to down load a new web browser to be able to use the app. So I downloaded both. I still can’t use the app. Everytime I open the app it’s still tellling me to download the new web browsers. Can you please tell me what it is I need to do. Not to get into my story. But my 15 year daughter just lost her mother and all I want to do is get her someone to talk too. I can’t even set an appointment. This app is so frustrating. Please fix !!!! ### 1/5 — Cannot Register *2020-11-07* App finds all my info, but will not accept a password that meets all of their listed criteria. ### 5/5 — Fast and easy *2024-06-27* Super fast, super easy I don’t know what the issues were but apparently they have fixed them. Took entirely 15 minutes to talk to Doctor get prescription sent over. ### 5/5 — Impressed!! *2020-10-06* Took 16 minutes with the doc. He even gave me a doctors note sent to my email for my work. My meds was waiting for me at Walgreens. I will definitely be using again ### 5/5 — Great customer service *2020-03-24* The app is simple and straightforward, and customer service is great if you have any questions. ### 5/5 — Avoid the waiting room *2020-03-24* Whenever my daughters have a medical concern, I don’t want to pay for an expensive visit to the Dr., and these days I don’t want them in a waiting room where they could catch something else! DialCare has been a great, simple and fast way to talk to a Doctor, get real advice and a quick prescription when needed! I like it more than Teladoc too! ### 5/5 — Wow! *2018-03-08* Wow! What can I say about this app! I can’t believe how easy this app is to use. It’s brilliant. The services that Dial Care provide are so convenient. I was able to get treatment and get to feeling better from the comfort of my couch.
