I’ve emailed the company twice they don’t reply. Got car insurance with this company five days later I was pulled over by police saying I wasn’t insured, had to search their website to prove I was insured. Poor customer service, still waiting for email reply. ### 5/5 — Best insurance *2025-07-08, version 2.13.24* They are always there to assist and support in case you have a problem. I’ve been with them for 6 years and I’m happy with everything about Dialdirect insurance. They never fail me when I need a tow truck or assistance on the road. They make sure you are safe. ### 1/5 — I can’t log on *2025-04-12, version 2.13.24* I can access my account via the browser version but on the app it wants an RSA ID or passport, neither used when I set up my policy. How am I supposed to log onto the App?!!! ### 5/5 — Faulty Trip Marking *2024-11-21, version 2.13.24* The application after the update keeps calculating my rewards wrong. Calculates trips considering trips I marker as passenger. The team takes over a month to reply to the query and payouts are wrong month end. Poor service from the technicians or whatever those guys are called. UPDATE: Improved customer service and user friendly APP! ### 5/5 — App Performance *2024-09-20, version 2.13.16* How do I improve auto journey tracking on the app because sometimes I takes longer to detect or it doesn't detect at all just like today morning? ### 1/5 — Essentially useless to any new client *2024-06-21, version 2.13.15* I signed up for a new policy with dial direct a few days ago for my motorcycle. I was asked to use this app to take pictures of my bike and upload them. Every time I attempted to do so, the app crashed. So I contacted dial direct and asked them what to do. They told me to download an app from a link they sent me by text, and the same thing happened again. clearly there is some fundamental incompatibility between this app and Apple's current iOS. I'm never comfortable doing business with companies that are incapable of keeping up with the requirements of changing technology. It seems to be inconsistent with its ratings and payments, giving me a 5-star rating for my driving one day but then not giving me the money I earned from that rating the next day. When I check the app to see where I went wrong, it doesn't provide any feedback, but instead shows that I've driven well. This inconsistency is both confusing and disappointing ### 5/5 — Customer service *2024-05-03, version 2.13.11* Dial direct is one of the best insurance companies I know, when you have a query the resolve it with ease and make sure that as their customer you are happy with the service. I love how they follow up on issues and their staff are so friendly and professional. I couldn’t ask for more. ### 1/5 — In August 2023… Still in accurate measurement of cellphone usage *2023-08-01, version 2.10.18* I personally do not know how many trips have been rated 4 stars and cellphone usage when in fact - i have been outside of my phone when not driving. 🫠 Like okay. I open the app. Start driving button. Put my phone down and that is measured as phone usage? If I go into a store and read something and come back - all before it cancels. It reads the whole time in the store as cellphone usage?
