### 1/5 — App wouldn’t load

*2025-09-08, version 2.4.7*

Workouts are good, but the app is extremely laggy and wouldn’t load when I was at the gym to do my workout. Looked for an update, but nothing to be found. And this is only my third workout. Tried again later and tried troubleshooting my phone, but it’s definitely the app because all other apps are working fine

### 2/5 — Great Program, App is super buggy

*2024-12-07, version 2.4.7*

I love the programs Derek offers and they e been great for me. The app itself is riddled with bugs and downright unusable at times.

### 5/5 — Results don’t lie!!

*2024-09-08, version 2.4.7*

I cannot believe the results from your kettle bell program. When I started the bell I was using felt heavy. That bell is now too light and I had to buy the next size up. Thanks man 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

4 weeks in and feeling strong.

### 1/5 — Severely Disappointed

*2024-07-11, version 2.4.7*

This program/app came recommended to me by some other cyclists and the app is nearly unusable let alone streamlined enough to follow a workout you’re not familiar with.

I was hoping this would add a good strength component to my cycling training but it’s so clunky that it’s hard to get “in the zone” and you can’t record weights etc without the app giving you an error. Literally easier for me to build and follow my own workout in the iPhone notes app 🤣🤣🤣

### 5/5 — A must have for cycling enthusiasts

*2023-11-17, version 2.2.0*

Derek and the team are awesome! Having a plan that is created for cyclists and not just a generic “strong man” training plan is amazing!

I’ve just started a 4 MONTH plan for the offseason. I no longer need to think about planning a workout or wondering around the gym looking for available leg machines.

I don’t know what I’d be doing without it! (Probably squats and deadlifts 5 times per week)

### 5/5 — Great for Mountain Bikers

*2023-07-06, version 2.1.5*

Late last year, I tried to start incorporating strength training along side of my mountain biking. I struggled to find the balance between the two, often maybe going too hard in the gym causing me to not be able to ride the next day (or vice versa). Dialed Health has excellent programs that are steering me in the right direction! They have a training program for just about any riding situation I could see myself being in. I’m just getting started with their programming, but Derek and his team have already impressed with the content provided. I personally go to the gym, but there is a lot of great programming if you want to work out from home! Pricing is a little on the high end in my opinion, but ultimately worth it.
As far as the app itself, it’s very clean and easy to use. I’ve used it to keep track of my workouts and had no issues. I wish you didn’t have to go on the website to edit the schedule, but that is a small gripe. Overall, highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Awesome suite of workouts

*2023-05-03, version 2.1.5*

I know I sound like a broken record, but I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying your programs. I’m the textbook example of a 57 year old recreational athlete (reasonably fit, not overweight, eats well), and I think the gains have been very noticeable.

### 5/5 — The BEST Strength Program for Cyclists

*2023-03-14, version 2.1.2*

Dialed Health has been essential for my well being and improvement on the bike. I have high demands from my body, and these programs keep me durable, flexible, and strong. The website has always been the primary platform for the programs, and while the app released with some bugs, it's always getting better and better. The programs are easy to follow and make a clear difference in my on the bike performance.

### 5/5 — Changed how I do endurance strength

*2023-03-02, version 2.1.2*

I came across Derek from an Interview I heard on a podcast. I had plenty of experience weight training but did not know how to strike the balance for weights and bike work. I had been a swimmer many years ago in college, but most of my fitness has gotten away from me over the past 15 years, so as a 40 yr old I’m trying to build a sustainable well rounded training plan. I was beating myself up in the wrong ways in the weight room and not getting the best out of my bike workouts. Now I feel like I’m getting the best out of both. I went through the Olympic lift program during the winter and it built such a great base of strength and even helped with some imbalances and injuries. On top of it all Derek has been super responsive to any questions I have. He always get back to me within 24-48 hrs and is really comprehensive with his responsive. I love being part of the Dialed Fam!

### 2/5 — Great idea, flaw execution

*2023-02-02, version 2.1.1*

Love the concept. All works in the app and fairly easy to navigate to. The workouts have video explanations of the moves. Problem comes with the tracking. The app is buggy with this. Try to record reps and weight and it’ll somehow change to both being recorded as weights. Sometimes hitting complete does nothing. Sometimes you record a note and it saves, half the time it doesn’t. Over all a great concept but a lot of bugs to be worked out it seems.
