**Dialed In is a self-accountability app for callers who'd rather scroll than dial.**

Dialed In is the only app that ties Apple Screen Time to your actual phone calls — your distracting apps stay locked until you've dialed.

• Scan a printed lead sheet with your camera — Dialed In reads the names and numbers for you.

• A clean progress ring shows calls completed vs. your goal.
