BOL7 Agent Dialer is the mobile workspace for authorized call-center agents. Manage your daily outreach, track performance, and stay on top of every lead — from one clean, fast app.

Built for agents who need to move fast: view assigned leads, place calls through your organization’s telephony routes, log outcomes, and schedule follow-ups without switching tools.

  See today’s call stats, connect rate, and quick actions at a glance. Switch your status — Available, Busy, Break, or Offline — so your team always knows when you’re ready.

• Lead Management
  Browse, search, and filter assigned leads. Open lead details, view contact info, and start a call with one tap. Import leads from CSV or contacts when your admin allows it.

• Smart Calling
  Place outbound calls through SIP, SIM, or VoIP routes configured by your organization. Live call status updates keep you informed from dial to disconnect.

• Call Disposition
  Log call outcomes immediately after each conversation — interested, callback, not interested, wrong number, and more — so your team’s data stays accurate.

• Follow-ups & Callbacks
  Schedule and manage follow-up reminders. Overdue callbacks are highlighted so nothing slips through.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This app is for call-center agents who have been issued credentials by their organization. A valid BOL7 / company account is required to sign in. It is not a consumer dialer or a public phone app.

• Your organization’s telephony backend must be configured and running
