When I try to use it for the ELECTRICITY COMPANY it does not work at all. Bad bad bad

Swiping from the edge of the screen will just close the chat immediately. Whaaat? 
Now I have to wait all over again.

האפליקציה אינה נוחה לשימוש, יש לעשות אפיון מחדש לממשק משתמש.
התפריטים לחיוג מופיעים באנגלית ולא ניתן לשנותם לעברית. הרעיון של האפליקציה נהדר, באמת יחסוך זמן יקר. אך מוצר שהוא לא אפוי ולא מלוטש, חבל, לדוגמא חבל שאין צור קשר שאני צריך לכתוב את מה שאני חושב כאן.
