Overly complicated to just setup and the description is far from the truth ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS. Stole $80, Banned Me *2026-03-06, version 5.4.0* They don’t like it if you dispute their glitch that charges you $80. They won the dispute and banned me anyway. Frauds. ### 1/5 — Terrible app worse customer service *2024-03-31, version 5.1.7* The app didn’t work at all, it kept asking my number to be verified and even though it was, it would still ask but not use it. Then when calling customer service about it they just say we’ll call back. And then not call back. Tried to use online chat, said it will send in email to me. Email told me to call customer service. Called again, was told they’ll call back, again. Didn’t call back. Terrible app. ### 1/5 — Functionality poorly described *2024-02-04, version 5.1.1* Wanted to use this for emergency response communication with my team which the app claims it can be used for. Based on the little information provided in the App Store and on the app itself I made the poor assumption I could use my own number which, though you can add it as a number in the app and verify it, it doesn’t work for broadcast communications. You need to buy credits which also provisions you with a toll-free number which must be verified in association with a legal business entity. Not sure if this is the case but, the app feels more like a spam tool with the pretence of being a productivity tool. Don’t buy credits if you are unsure. Check with customer support first. Aside from my poor experience, the app seems to be designed well. They just need to be more transparent regarding the functionality. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-02-05, version 3.10.8* I tried signing up for a free account and was immediately locked out. I called support and they told me it was because I was behind a corporate firewall and to download the app. I guess they do not work with enterprises! I downloaded this app and was still locked out. I called support back and they said I needed to email them a photo of my drivers license to verify my identity. Mind you when I signed up for the account all I entered was an email and a password. I never gave them any personal info. How would they “verify” my identity when they did not have name to verify it against and what kind of an organization asks you to email a drivers license which is a sure way to become a victim of identity theft. I am very suspicious of their intentions! ### 1/5 — 😳🙄 *2018-05-04* 1. It only allows 30 second messages in the free version. 2. It doesn’t warn you in any obvious way that a jingle will be played at the beginning and end of your call in the free version. (Makes calls feel spammy!) 3. There are credits you can buy but it’s not explained what those credits get you specifically. If you’re going to offer a sample of a small number of calls per week, then let them be good quality calls. So that someone who grows their list will WANT to upgrade with you. There are free services online that don’t pull these tactics. I’m going back to them. ### 1/5 — Please Fix the App *2018-02-09, version 3.3.5* Constant Error messages When Simply Trying to Record and Broadcast. Constant message saying invalid username/password combination when the correct password is being used. The only thing I have an issue with is that I can’t quickly add a number without having to save it. I work in pest control and my routes aren’t exactly the same every time so making a group with certain customers doesn’t work. As of now I delete the contact list and enter the new ones for the next day. I have seen my ministry, business and personal life excel to the next level simply because of this app. So grateful. ### 5/5 — Church Announcements *2026-05-18, version 5.5.1* Before we obtained DialMyCalls (DMC), Distribution of information was very cumbersome and the responsibility fell on 3 elderly ladies who really had to work to get everyone called and informed. Now, with DMC it is a very, very simple task. Speak into your phone, what you need to say, then selected a couple of things and press send. Everyone gets the message within about a 4 minute window.
