## What is DialoX Inbox?

The DIaloX Inbox app is the app for use by helpdesk operators when the chatbot needs to hand over the conversation to an agent. Using the inbox app, agents are standby and can take over the bot's conversation at any time. To use this app you need a DialoX Inbox account.
