Insanely fast and borderline unhinged but I’m not complaining 😭👍 thanks ### 2/5 — Scalpers take the gem away *2026-07-11, version 11.9* I get early access because I'm a diamond member. I wanted to buy this one canvas that I was really excited about but it was sold out in less than 3 minutes. I already can depend on the scalpers reselling these for hundreds of dollars. Diamond art club needs to get this under control by adding a cap on how many people can buy what at a time. Its been a problem all year. ### 3/5 — Needs an update *2026-06-08, version 11.9* The app itself is ok, does what it needs to but there is a major fault with it which has been there for a while - the app when it’s open causes my phone to overheat. Only when using this app do I have to take the phone cover off and cool it down it’s so hot at times it’s too hot to hold. Considering using the app allows discounts it’s frustrating. The app only needs to be open for a few seconds and the temp rises, it definitely needs looking at. ### 2/5 — App needs improvement *2026-06-06, version 11.9* In my opinion, the app could use an improvement. I click in the search bar and no keyboard comes up. It is hard to maneuver around the site anyway. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t really work *2025-06-14* I love having the app to see new pictures I can eventually buy, but the app doesn’t work to good. It’s basically just a shortcut to the website, so it might be partly because of parental settings in my device, but that’s an allowed website. It shows the pictures, but not the description or other buttons that should be available, like the button to order stuff. It’s just blank. If this is fixed, I can leave a better review, but I’m not sure it can be for my device. This issue made it so that I couldn’t order a picture I’d been wanting but was out of stock, and I wanted to be notified when it was back. I never got notified when it was, so when I checked and saw that it was I went to order it, first on my phone app and then on the website on a different device. By the time I got to the website it was back out of stock. That was about 1-2 months ago and it hasn’t been back in stock since. Very disappointed ### 3/5 — Won’t let me just look *2025-03-19, version 9.9* So every time I go to just scroll a category or something it reloads or something and brings me back to the top. Every time I go on this app to just look it sends me straight back up to the top after a while. Really annoying and time consuming. I’m only giving three stars cause their stuff is quality. The app needs work. I have used this app twice now from the day I downloaded it. It does not allow you to add a canvas to your favourites/wish list without actually viewing the item so the heart button next to the canvases is useless as it tells you that you can’t add to favourites without creating an account (I’m already signed in) Next issue would be loading screens. When scrolling any category it will get to a certain point where it’s like the app bugs and reloads you back to the start of the page you were viewing. Frustratingly having to spend time swiping down to get back to where you were. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad at stock *2026-06-06, version 11.9* Can’t handle keeping any of their artwork in stock, don’t even bother shopping unless you want ugly AI art as that’s all that’s left 5 mins after a drop. ### 1/5 — Poor planning/ inventory *2026-05-31* When I first found dac it was a good company but now they are obviously money hungry and don’t care about their customers. Every other “painting” is just ai and somehow still expensive and when I get a notification that stuff has got restocked and I go to the app somehow everything is already sold out, it makes it extremely unfair for people that aren’t on their phones all day waiting for stuff to restock. What’s worse is how they say they will restock stuff but they will never give an actual time for when it will be so by the time it does you’ll forget about it and miss it again. ### 1/5 — So slow! *2026-04-01, version 11.7* Much slower than it used to be. Images take forever to appear when scrolling. When I emailed about it, I was told too bad. The app doesn’t open. The only way I can get the app to open is to delete it and reinstall it several times before one of those tries opens it again. Then if I try to go back to the app again hours later, it doesn’t open, causing me to go through the entire delete and reinstall process again. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2023-12-11, version 7.2* Their products are amazing, but you can’t justify buying anything from them with the customer service they provide. The customer service is absolutely awful, at best. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to finding a package that has been sitting around for a long time. They blame everything that goes wrong on the shipment process, as if they are too good to make mistakes. As others have said, they censor the crap out of the Facebook group and that’s not right. This company used to have STELLAR customer service. Now? It depends on what way the wind blows. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service - Save Yourself the Trouble *2023-12-07* Go online and read their reviews on trust pilot, BBB, complaints board, etc. This company has great products sure, but I think there’s plenty of people who find a company’s ethics and their treatment of customers more important than the quality of what they’re selling. Their customer service reps are literally unhinged - completely deleting customer accounts and blocking them on social media for voicing *one* concern/complaint. Loyal customers. Ones who’ve spent hundreds/thousands on products and then have their entire accounts deleted because they had one bad order experience or wanted to provide some negative feedback regarding one aspect of their company. I think it’s safe to assume the owner Angie is aware of this and is completely fine with it too. They’re not a huge company - It seems this is just their “strategy” - Avoidance, deflection, out of sight out of mind, denial. Dann bekam ich von FedEx eine @ Mail das sich mein Paket am Zoll befindet ( alle Angaben die sich im Paket befinden etc. stand in der Mail aufgelistet). Ich brauchte nur darauf antworten das ich mit den Zollbestimmungen einverstanden bin,das war’s. Dann ging es sehr schnell und mein Paket war da. Ich habe es richtig ordentlich verpackt bekommen und werde auch wieder dort bestellen.
