It costs $5B to build the 3rd city but my 2nd city has all the buildings possible and I only have around $450M and have been sitting there for about an hour. People just stand outside and aren’t even let in. I don’t mind ads now and then (there is an option to pay to remove), I understand the developers need to make money, but you gotta watch ads even for your daily reward. Every other game I play offers daily rewards free. No thanks.
