No real complaints. ### 4/5 — So Far So Good *2025-11-07* I like the new features of the app, it is taking a little to get used to but I’m exploring it and learning more. I like how you can manage cards, open a new card or account and transfer money between members and non members. One feature I wish it had was a budgeting section to help budget bill and other monthly expenses. ### 5/5 — Love the Update *2025-11-06* Quite frankly, the PREVIOUS version of the app felt like very archaic and klunky. If you agree, then give this updated version a try. They gutted the old version and gave the app a much needed overhaul. Layout flows much more easily. All of my accounts show on once screen. Quick access to card controls. Probably my favorite- I CAN NOW SEE MY EXACT DIAMOND CREDIT CARD BALANCE DIRECTLY ON MY ACCOUNTS SCREEN. This release is a major upgrade to the mobile platform. It now has everything from balances, to transfers, to bill payments which can be done right from the phone. And best yet, all my accounts under one login. Simple look and feel, yet very powerful mobile system. Great job Diamond! Keep building on this version. ### 5/5 — Great update *2025-11-04* The new app update is such an improvement! I feel it loads much faster. It’s easy to use, I love that I can control my debit card on/off, spending limits, etc all from the app. It’s really easy to transfer money, pay bills and loans and depositing a check by taking a picture is a huge time saver! The new design with both light mode and dark mode really pop. I’d love to see a watch app companion in the future maybe just for quick balance and app notifications. Maybe even a “hey siri, what’s my checking direct balance” to promote safe driving when using voice commands in the car. I don’t know who to complain to about it. The old interface and old app was so much better. The new interface is very clunky. The design is bland. The labels on the buttons don’t make sense. I went from an application/website where I could navigate with ease and muscle memory, to requiring too much cognitive thinking to find and use the simple tools which leads to frustration. For example: Transferring funds. This use to be obvious and simple and was a feature present on your main page and app. Now this is hidden in a. “Transfer & Pay” button. When you click on it, you are inundated with sub-categories that are not obvious to the user. My first experiences led me to believe I would want to “Transfer Accounts” when moving findings from checking to savings. But really I want to use “My Diamond Acoounts.” Previously, I could look up all my automated scheduled transfers all at once. Now if you click into Scheduled Transfers, I can only view them from the origin account. I have to select it, or I won’t see it. There is only one single advantage that the new (current) app and interface has over the old one, and that’s the ability to look at all accounts at the same time (Joint and Personal), without having to log in and out. Aside from this, literally every other feature I have used, is significantly worse than its previous version. I don’t know who needs to hear it. I don’t know whose decision this was. But this was an epic fail in my personal opinion. ### 1/5 — Awful update *2025-12-31, version 50.40.26* Awful update, the top review is lying ### 1/5 — How do you logoff the app? *2025-12-04* There is no place to log off the app or at least it is not intuitive so the app remains open on your phone. If you would lose your phone or leave your phone sitting somewhere, there’s open access to all of your accounts. I’m thinking that’s pretty awful security. If there is a log off button, it is very well hidden. ### 1/5 — Too Many Bugs *2025-11-29, version 50.40.25* On the surface the new app seems great, however, there are too many bugs. It’s been a month and I’m still unable to transfer money to another Diamond member. I’ve called support and even they can’t figure it out. ### 1/5 — New App/set up is HORRID *2025-11-05, version 50.40.20* Not sure who decided this was better but boy are they wrong!!! Bring back the old app!!! ### 1/5 — The new app is horrible *2025-11-04* Not only is this new app not ADA compliant in many ways, the banking options have been relocated to less than intuitive locations. Finding the bank routing number through the app was difficult. I wish I could turn off the animation in the background of the app because when the white part of it goes behind the buttons it becomes hard to tell what is and isn’t a button. It seems like they prioritized the strange animation so the actual content area where banking info is appears really narrow making it strange to read. Absolute clown show ### 1/5 — Worst banking app I have ever used *2025-08-27* I'm so disappointed- while I love Diamond's customer service, their app is the most glitchy and slow banking app I have ever used. It takes a long time to even initiate a transfer--that is, if the app doesn't freeze and makes you restart the process. In the year of our Lord 2025 when we have so much technology at our disposal, Diamond should not have such a terrible app. Please, for the love of God, work with someone to design a human-centered, user-friendly, functional app. Your customers are begging you!! ### 1/5 — Randomly stops working *2025-02-23, version 43.1.5* The app will be working fine then suddenly stops. Something’s have to be done in person but 95% of the time the app can do what I need it to do.
