What's New in Diamond District

2.7.1

August 22, 2026

■ Loose gemstones are now more realistic across every system. ■ New Loupe view lets you inspect gems anywhere they’re available for purchase. ■ Inclusions make every gem one of a kind. Previously implied, they’re now visible across different clarities. ■ LoanShark revamped - request loans, review payment history, settle old defaults and use new collection methods. ■ Two new home screen themes, plus Settings app improvements. ■ GEMEX UX rebuilt - more intuitive, with a focused, one-thing-at-a-time flow. ■ Quick Reveal - the ceremony is now optional. ■ Gem Calc improvements. ■ District - now opens onto the street. Tap any storefront to step inside and buy gems, jewelry, and cards directly from the keeper. ■ District fixes, plus shop/street performance and UX improvements throughout. ■ Handbook rebuilt, with a new Obsidian memo and a cleaner first-phone experience with improved onboarding.

Best game out there tbh

Nothing to critique about this game, it is very complete. Just needs more a player base to thrive. Devs are constantly updating the game, just needs to market the game better i guess.

Honestly

My new fav. game!

One of the best games on iOS

If I could give Diamond District 10 stars, I would. I downloaded it expecting a simple game about buying and selling rare gems and found one of the deepest player driven economic simulations I’ve played on iOS.

The economy basically is the game. Gem trading, stocks, player created currencies, loans, jewelry and art, storefronts, news and markets that are constantly influenced by other players.

What makes it so addictive is how interconnected everything is and how much the game opens up the longer you play.

If you enjoy economics, investing, trading or complex simulation games, give this a try.

Easily 10/10.

Phenomenal Game!

Diamond District is genuinely one of the most fun and unique games I’ve played. The game is incredibly well made, but what really sets it apart is the strong community and the direct contact the community has with the dev. Making getting answers to your questions so fast and helpful.

A Legendary 1 of 1

Watching D47 evolve into what it is today has been incredible. The game has come such a long way, and with every major update it feels less like a traditional mobile game and more like a world of its own.

What makes D47 special is how genuinely 1 of 1 it feels. There really isn’t another game that combines jewelry design, collecting, trading, player-driven markets, custom pieces, wealth building, and an evolving online economy in quite the same way. It gives you the freedom to build your own identity, develop your own strategies, and create something that actually feels personal.

Looking back at where the game started compared to where it is now makes the experience even more impressive. Systems have grown deeper, the economy has become more ambitious, customization continues to expand, and the possibilities feel far greater than they once did.

D47 has become the kind of game where you can spend countless hours experimenting, building, trading, designing, and still find another layer you haven’t fully explored.

There is something rare about watching a game find its identity in real time, and D47 has done exactly that. It has carved out a lane that is completely its own, and I’m genuinely excited to see just how far it can go.

A remarkable game, an incredible evolution, and truly one of one. 💎
