Love this game but except it keeps glitching, will reset to the lowest level and have to download. Once on the higher levels it closes when it gets halfway to the right level, I can go days without being able to open it.

I’ve played this game in and off for a couple of years. Live the fact that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to play it, and that it doesn’t absorb a ton of time to enjoy it. However, I will say that I’ve had to start over about 4 different times because of playing on different devices. So, that can be a bit frustrating, but it’s not impossible.

This game is really fun to play but can be very annoying also. When you finally get a new puzzle pal, the game keeps giving me the same puzzle pal colors. I have already received 10 red colors puzzle pals and still only have 1 purple puzzle pals. The game should mix the puzzle pals colors each time you get a new one. Also, it’s very annoying that we have to wait 24 hours to go to the next region after completing all the gates.

Every single time I try to play this game it starts at #1 and I have to wait for the game to load. Every time! Why?

On a different iPad I can download the app, play a couple games. Next time I try it pops up and then disappears. What’s up with that?

I’ve been playing this game for many years with no issues at all.
I’ve made good progress. But if I have to wait for it to load or disappear it’s time to say goodbye! 

Convince me to stay.

I used to love this game. Then it locked up on so I deleted it and then downloaded it again. Every time I’m eligible I get a set character. I tested the game ti see if I’d get a better variety of pals and no I get the same ones I got before in the exact same order. I’m done with this game. It’s too frustrating.

There is a problem with diamond tonight- when you try to open it says thanks for the upgrade - you need to log onto the Internet to be able to play offline - although I am connected to the internet

I love the game. It's a lot like Nintendo. But the tactics to get money are annoying most annoying is the energy system where one has to pay or wait for hours to try again on a level. Personally I think ads would be better. I am on a fixed income. I can't afford to buy virtual stuff. If buying things was not so prominent I would rate this 5 stars but it is a 3 because of that issue. Also I got passed a stage and then it sent me back I will remove the app after I write this. I am so annoyed was 3 stars but would say zero now if zero stars was an option how about negative stars?  Took away 2 puzzle pals and 2 stages so f-it

I am absolutely addicted to this game. I’ve been playing it over and over since I first discovered it. It’s challenging, yet fun. I just wish they would make some more levels.

This game is so much fun to play! All the puzzle pals are so cute and its so satisfying to beat the levels! I know its designed for ipad but it still works amazingly on macbook!
