It’s sharing feature limits the output, making it difficult to truly share 1:1 with someone. For example, if you share it in WeChat, it opens up in 小程序 which is not a 1:1 mapping of the info (operating hours are not shown); if you share it as a link, it will almost always require verification. For a social app, this feature of supporting co-browsing style exploration should be tablestake, yet for some business driven reason, the experience is very fragmented, making it unusable for a scenario where a group may want to explore and decide on a certain option.

作为商家，我对大众点评当前的评分规则与申诉流程极度失望，平台早已失去基本的公平与底线。评分机制混乱不堪，大量未消费、同行恶意竞争、无理取闹的差评肆意横行，却能直接影响店铺星级，认真经营的商家反而要为不实评价买单。
更让人愤怒的是申诉渠道形同虚设，即便提供完整监控、凭证、聊天记录，审核依旧敷衍草率，判定标准模糊双标，从不正视商家证据，一味偏袒用户，申诉成功率极低。平台只在乎用户体验，完全无视商家合法权益，任由店铺口碑被恶意抹黑，生意深受冲击。
这种不公的规则严重破坏经营秩序，所谓的申诉不过是走个过场。恳请平台停止不作为，正视商家诉求，建立公正透明的评价体系，还诚信商家一个公道！
