I was very happy it had a password since I’ve seen time and again people snooping through diaries that don’t belong to them and then all the drama that comes from that. Like I said, in that excitement, I played around with it and and was LOVING all the features so I set the password… I forgot to write it down… DON’T DO THAT!!! I completely forgot what it was since I got distracted (ah parenthood!) in the middle of playing around with it. I only used it for about twenty minutes 😭😭😭😭 and it’s been a couple of months now. I’m sad it doesn’t have another way to retrieve and or reset it just in case something like this happens. It only asks for one back up question (can’t remember the answer) or PIN number… did I mention distraction? I’m now thinking of deleting and canceling since it’s been an amazingly frustrating experience. ### 3/5 — It’s Okay *2023-03-31, version 3.0* I love that you can record yourself instead of writing if you want to, but I have noticed if they are too long it doesn’t save! I did a whole entry earlier and it said error and I lost the whole video. 😢 but other than that it’s not bad if your wanting to keep private videos to yourself! ### 4/5 — Really love it but the sound needs to be fixed *2023-02-24, version 3.0* This journal is great and has everything I was looking for. HOWEVER- when I went to listen to my recorded voice messages and videos the sound was so faint- it was really hard to hear. It does not connect to headphones or the speakerphone- you have to hold the phone up to your ear and even then it’s so faint. I loved the app so I invested in the 20$ yearly subscription but had I known about the sound issue beforehand, I wouldn’t have. Hopefully you can fix in an update! I don’t know if it gets any worse from here. It’s really not that bad. I’ve been looking for an app that lets me use videos instead of just writing things down because I’m really bad at writing. It’s nice to be able to put a video. but I will say, you have to have the premium feature in order to add more than one video. The videos go to about 10 minutes long. Sometimes when I’m reviewing a week it takes a little bit longer.
