I knew this wasn’t good and I really wanted to comply to doctors orders. When I seen this on a poster at the drs office I thought this was a great alternative for me. If I put this app on my phone or iPad I would be more likely to use it and be accountable both to my doctor and to myself. Seems to be working great.
