Unsure if order was placed. After checking saw that it was not ordered, still in cart even though I got forced into this workflow by checking out so I went to check out (again) it defaulted to a scheduled time which I changed to asap but it now insisted on 11:15 time regardless, which was 21 minutes from current time (was 10 minutes before being forced through the workflow and all the new information) my. Got to store and they had it “scheduled” not asap so using the app to get a jump on waiting there was useless. Waited anyway. Poor experience overall. If you are going to update an app do the hard work and get the info copied behind the scenes and spend time on the workflow use cases ### 1/5 — Cant use applepay *2026-05-05, version 7.4.5* Absolutely trash cant check out with applepay kept getting a basket owner error. Just not worth the hassle deleted my account. Will be faster and more efficient to call the order in or just go in. Now it just hangs. For crying out loud, I was already logged in and had a sub and a cookie I was excited to order in my cart and then the app auto-logged me out in favor of the broken new Olo login and now I will be getting dinner elsewhere. Guys, I am a software dev too, you MUST test before you release. The bar for sw development has simply gotten too low. Be better! (That is not just the devs of this app, at least a dozen formerly functional apps have fallen off a quality cliff lately, but somebody needs to tell “the community” that you are making us all look bad. Stop it!) Love the food though. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-02, version 7.4.1* I HATE this app. It takes me 20 minutes of figuring out how to log back in and another 20 once I’m in to get the damn thing to work, that’s IF (and that’s a BIG IF) it does. I would much rather go back to just doing the online order via Google than waste my time with this garbage app. If I sound mad, I am…. I love DiBellas subs but this app literally drives me to order from other places, ANY other place. ### 1/5 — Genuinely Awful App *2026-03-26, version 7.4.1* Love the food, which is why I wish it wasn’t such an awful experience to order it for pickup. App used to be fine, but ever since the update it has become borderline unusable. Constantly making me sign into new accounts, making me lose points and put in new payment information. Not to mention that for some reason despite all these updates, there’s no Apple Pay functionality, which should be a given in 2026. Whoever designed this app is scamming the company and should never touch UI design work again. ### 1/5 — Lost critical feature in last update *2026-03-18, version 7.3.1* Bring back the ability to reorder! ### 5/5 — Not a regular sub shop *2026-03-04, version 7.3.1* The rolls are great, especially the everything roll. Not fine dining, but much more cozy and delicious than Subway, Mike’s, or whatever. The sides are a bit generic.
